MiTo represents a journey that began years ago from the places we love the most: Milano and Torino. The MiTo concept itself is rooted in our origins, and we are delighted to help people discover it.

Jula observed some issues with my alignment and really helped me along correcting these issues. She was extremely professional and followed up after the appointment with some exercises and a breakdown of what was observed.
My back is already feeling better which seems like a miracle.

Hello everyone! My name is Jula, I am an Osteopath, graduated with a 1st class honours Masters from Swansea University in 2023. I have a great interest in headaches, women’s health and somatic release. I am happy to see a range of patients whether it be sports-related, desk-based or more complex since I was receiving experience in an NHS clinic in my final year of study. Furthermore, I understand how your pain can significantly impact your quality of life and will provide a personalised treatment plan based on your expectations or goals. I am experienced to use a range of treatments such as fascial release, deep tissue and manipulations.

I'm Bianca
Bianca holds a Bachelor (Hons) Degree from the London School of Osteopathy and is a registered osteopath.Her clinical work is supported by over a decade of experience as a yoga teacher and somatic movement practitioner. Bianca uses a structural hands-on approach, combined with movement-based awareness practices to address pain, restore function, and support the body’s natural capacity to adapt and heal. She tailors each treatment to the individual, taking time to understand not just the symptoms, but the broader patterns and lifestyle factors that may be contributing. Drawing on her understanding of human physiology, and years of experience working one-to-one with clients, Bianca tailors each treatment to your unique needs, whether it’s relieving pain, recovering from an injury, or enhancing overall function helping you move with greater ease and confidence.
